InSeat 11560, 11560U, 11560UX Hand Control InSeat Model 11560. This replacement has round five pin 90 degree connector to plug directly into Deltadrive, Betadrive, or Okidrive motor. The 3 prong quick disconnect in the pocket on the original 11560 has been discontinued and replaced with this model.
