Parts are not returnable.  We do not make refunds for parts. Please order the part you need.  We will exchange parts if you notify us you ordered the wrong part within 2 days of receiving the part via email, (not telephone), at ken@liftchair.com   The exchanged part must be in unused and uninstalled condition.   A 20% restocking fee and outbound freight apply to exchanges.

We have many hard to find parts.  Within one year of purchasing parts from us we give you 50% of the money you have spent on parts off on any new lift chair. Please order the correct part for your needs and install it per your lift chair manufacturer's recommendations, we are not responsible for any damages or liability that occurs. If you find you need more than one part to fix your lift chair we will discount subsequent orders to reflect all combination package prices less multiple  freight charges.

Defective parts will be repaired or replaced within 30 days.

Please understand that orders  take 1 to 4 working days to process.
If you chose Next Day, Second Day, or Third Day your order will ship that way after it is processed.

If you are in a rush you may telephone your order to 602-686-0050.
There will be a $7.00 telephone handling charge and you order will ship out on the next business day.

Some special order parts may take longer to ship.

Attention Canadians and UK  Canadian and UK orders cost about $10.00 to $65.00 extra. Just type "Extra Canadian or UK Charge OK" in the memo box of your order and we will process your order right away without emailing you for acceptance of additional charges. Many items have a USPS selection for UK or Canada in the drop down menu.

Example Question we get regarding Hand Controls.

Question:

"I think I have a bad hand control. If I order a new one can I return it if that is not my problem?"

Answer:

No, we do not take them back as we have posted.
 
However, we can send you a used one to test on the chair for a 15.00 Handling Charge. You will be charged a total price of 79.00.  If you return it and don't want it we refund 64.00.

If you find your problem is the hand control we will ship you a new one for no additional charge, and, you ship us back the used one.

 
This way you are only risking being out the return freight on the used hand control or a $15.00 handling charge if you don't need a new hand control.
 
The hand control is our most common problem. Usually it goes out intermittently with the chair working if you jiggle the control or press back and forth on the buttons. Then finally it won't work at all anymore.
