This hand control has a quick disconnect. The hand control plugs into the quick disconnect (quick disconnect is included). The end of the hand control cord has a round 4 pin connection. This 4 pin connection plugs into the quick disconnect. The end of the quick disconnect that plugs into the motor has a round 5 pin 90 degree connection that plugs into the motor under your chair.

5 pin round end connection to the motor.

Commonly used in Franklin Lift Chairs with a 72506 Deltadrive linear actuater motor.
