FOR SINGLE MOTOR LIFT CHAIRS ONLY

There are two cords coming from this motor:

A female five-pin socket or pigtail that the hand control plugs into, and a male two-pin flat pin and round pin plug that plugs into the transformer or power supply.

Most commonly used in Ashley, Catnapper, Medlift, Pride, Megamotion and other brand lift chairs.

This is not a replacement for:
LMD 6208C-U BASE MOTOR or LMD 6208B-S-U BACK MOTOR used in dual motor lift chairs with independent back and leg motors.
